Due to the nature of Digital downloads it’s difficult to offer refunds on products that have been downloaded. In order to protect the various vendors that we work with, once the system shows that you have downloaded the products, we cannot offer a refund.
In short, if the system shows that you have downloaded the item, it becomes unlikely for us to issue a refund. Please take the time to fully explore each bundle before committing to the purchase. We do this to prevent against fraud and abuse.
If you have not downloaded the files, and for some reason need a refund, you can always get in touch and fully explain the case, if we believe there’s nothing suspicious going on, and there’s a good reason for your case, we have no problem issuing a refund.
If you believe something was mis-sold, or you received the wrong item, let us know before attempting a refund, we’ll be able to put the situation right, and offer compensation where possible.
